Cancellation Policy
We politely request that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 48hours to allow us to offer the appointment to others.
If we have less than 48hours notice we will request 50% of the value of your appointment as it is unlikely we will be able to fill your appointment in this time frame.
If you ’no show’ or cancel on the day we will politely request full payment for the appointment.
